Joe Hambleton has been obsessed with golf since playing his first round nearly 50 years ago. A lifelong student of the game, Joe has maintained a handicap below five for much of his playing career, competed in a Senior Open qualifier, recorded two holes-in-one, and earned countless top finishes in local club tournaments. Put simply: Joe knows golf.

His experience extends well beyond his own time on the range and the course. Joe previously owned and operated Joe's Pro Shop at Ironwood Golf Club in Bloomington, Illinois, and today works on the grounds crew at Deer Park Country Club. Decades spent playing, studying, and working around the game have given him a practical understanding of golf equipment and how it can help different players perform their best.

After retiring from his longtime career, Joe turned his passion for golf into a new pursuit as a Certified Titleist Club and Ball Fitter. He has completed Titleist's fitting certifications and traveled to Titleist headquarters to see firsthand where its golf clubs and balls are designed and developed. His approach to fitting combines technical equipment knowledge with nearly five decades of experience watching golf swings, playing competitive rounds, and learning the game.

Joe has been a longtime resident of Ottawa, Illinois. When he isn't on a course or driving range somewhere in Central Illinois, he is probably visiting his kids in the Pacific Northwest, heading south in search of sunshine and the ocean—or finding another golf course to play along the way.
